"Return to the Altar" marks the beginning of both a new year and the 2026 Patronal Festival Season.
It is a sacred invitation to pause, repent, forgive, and realign our hearts — both individually and as a parish family. This is not a traditional service or program; it is a spiritual engagement and act of renewal. We gather to return to God in sincerity, to reconcile with one another, and to restore Saint Agnes as our place of love, healing, and worship.
When our parish worshiped with St. Peter’s, we witnessed a different kind of praise — one filled with open worship, heartfelt singing, and freedom in the Spirit. That same experience is what we desire here. Likewise, when our church lifts its voice a cappella, we enter a powerful space of genuine worship. That is the full encounter we seek through this time of praise, worship, and reflection.
We are thinking outside the box — this is a moment for authenticity. If someone needs to cry, shout, or worship freely, let them.This engagement is about truth, healing, and deliverance. We come as we are, ready to return, rebuild, and rise together.

Return to the Altar is the official kickoff of our 2026 Patronal Festival and the church’s New Year’s Membership Engagement Gathering.
It is a sacred moment for the entire parish to begin the year in unity, renewal, prayer, and reconnection at the altar. This gathering prepares our hearts, our church family, and our ministries for the work ahead in 2026.
To prepare properly, all parishioners are asked to RSVP.
RSVP Requirements
